The material passes through a 5-stage preheater, as a 30 storey building which ensures 40% calcination of the raw materials.
Lime stones are sourced from nearby mines and only the best quality lime stones are taken to the plant after which they are crushed through a Double Rotor Impact Crusher System to ensure uniform size distribution leading to high quality of clinker and a world class cement.
The Advanced Stacker and Reclaimer blending system ensures proper handling of raw materials. It is where lime stones are put in multiple layers to ensure homogeneous quality of raw materials leading to consistent high quality of raw meal.
The total process from sourcing of limestone to packed cement at the integrated Max Cement Plant are continuously monitored 24x7 under watchful eyes of a Central Control unit. The X-Ray analyzer of the Japanese RIGAKU technology helps to monitor and auto correct quality in each stage of cement production. The quality checks of Max Cement thereby ensures the best of Customers.
